Welcome to Climate and Culture!

Climate and Culture is our Student Services Department. Our goal is to help each school create and maintain an environment where students are able to engage and learn at their highest ability academically as well as develop crucial life skills that will enable them to achieve their goals and succeed this year and every year.

The mission of the Clay County School District is to inspire all learners to reach their highest potential as responsible, productive citizens. To accomplish this, the school district has developed the Code of Student Conduct to help students, parents, and school personnel understand the guidelines for maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment. The Clay County School Board expects students to conduct themselves with the greatest respect for self and others.

oneclay parent academy

The OneClay Parent Academy is an opportunity for parents to attend one evening event and have access to a variety of sessions to learn ways that they can best support their students. Twelve to fifteen different informational sessions that cover elementary, junior high and high school focus topics will be available for parents to choose three 30 minute learning sessions. In addition to the breakout sessions, parents will be able to visit the community resources exhibit area to get information from a variety of community organizations and resources.
